The unit we got was standard sized with a comfy bed, example ventilation, as example. The location was particularly good, walking distance to restaurants and trattorias. Our stay was very nice and we would stay here again and again.

The location of this hotel was good because it was close to the Bus and Train station. The Grande canal was approx 50 metres away with regular and convenient boat stops providing links thoughout the city.
The breakfast room was very small and one day was too full for us to be seated, however there is a sun terrace in which if the weather is good you can have your breakfast al fresco.

Although the amenities could use a refresh, the charm of the historic area captured the essence of Venice.

The hotel was perfect and clean, overlooked city. The room was standard sized and huge, had central heating, a personal safe and TV set. Private bathroom. It was based in beautiful building in a magnificent and ideal location, next to a supermarket too.

I loved the friendly and skilled team. They were great at helping with recommendations. Breakfast was a real treat, with a nice variety of pastries, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruits that kept me energized for the day. The room had air conditioning and a cozy bed were nice. The bathroom could use some updates as it felt tired and lacked necessary amenities. The location is convenient, near the bus stop and close to the Grand Canal. The noise from the plaza below did echo into the room, which occasionally disturbed my sleep. The hairdryer provided was outdated and not very powerful. I appreciated the cleanliness and charm of the hotel, though I wish some areas were better maintained.

Great location, close to excellent restaurants and nice and quiet as compared to the St Mark square area. A little hard to find w/o directions: from train stn, go L and go over bridge (lots of steps, pack light). Go straight and take the second L, go over a small bridge walk past the church and the hotel is on the L in the courtyard.

Charming ambiance with a great location
The lovely outdoor seating area overlooking the Grand Canal was perfect. The only downside was that the room could use some modern updates for better amenities.

We had a lovely stay with our family, enjoying the beautiful garden area and relaxing by the lovely bar while sipping on cocktails. The breakfast was decent, but honestly, a bit pricey for what you get. Still, this spot was nice, so I'd say it's worth checking out 😊

We liked everything about the hotel. The location is excellent, 4 minutes from the railway station, but at the same time quiet and cosy. It is also very easy to find, we found it immediately. The hotel is located at the charming piazza, in a 500 years old building, which is wonderful. Our room wasn't large but it was so romantic and cosy. The roof-garden is wonderful, full of flowers, with a fantastic view. Breakfast was great, with a variety of food offered, however, cappuccino should be better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels changed. If we visit Venice again, we would always stay in this hotel, and we would certainly recommend it to others.

The location allowed for easy exploration, and I enjoyed the beautiful breakfast at the sister hotel's garden. While the small room occasionally felt cramped, the charming decor and friendly staff were nice.

The free breakfast is phenomenal. Really does raise the value of this hotel. Location, location, location! This hotel is at most five minutes from the bus stops, THREE minutes from the train station and 25 minutes from San Marco's Basilica, which is not that bad of a walk considering you are in Venice! And, if you want to take the Vaporetto back from the Accademia, the ride takes about 10 min with the "Ferrovia" stop being three minutes away from the hotel. Very convenient.
The housekeeper did leave the windows open when it was raining, so the carpet was wet overnight, and are things had a chance of getting wet. The bath tub is unusually high, so beware if you have problem lifting your legs.
